We are extremely impressed with their professionalism. They responded quickly and efficiently. They quote upfront with no hidden agenda or cost. The driver, Mr Young was super friendly, helpful and made suggestions when we didn’t know what to do. He got out his way to help us even when it meant he had to do all the hard work. His local knowledge was extremely helpful and managed time so that we won’t be late for our plane. He helped us anyway he could and still gave us enough space and privacy. What is more, he speaks English as 4 of our group of 5 speak no Chinese. We are forever sorry for not taking his advice to eat the famous ginger duck noodle soup. It will remain our regret but hopefully we will visit Taiwan again to satisfy our greed. We strongly recommend their services.
